Cat Allergies Treatment

My boyfriend moved and is allergic to cats..which I have 1. He is not that bad but after a few hours of being in the house he starts to get a headache and stuffy nose. He pops a sudafed & advil and seems to be ok. I try to keep up with the house and vacuum alot. Any other ideas?
**One thing I do is not let the cat in our bedroom.
Just having a harder time getting the cat out of the house because of my son….

Benydrill (no idea how to spell that) won’t help that much and I’m going to go to my Grandmother’s house and she owns about seven cats. What the heck do I do?

I have a 4 year old Grey Tabby and i’ve noticed lately she has been sneezing like crazy. She has always seemed to sneeze a bit more than my other cats.

Also i’ve noticed that her ears have been itching a lot also, a lot more than usual. She shakes her head a lot and if that doesn’t work then she scratches them.

Any idea on how to control her allergies?
Is there anything I could giver her to help?

With so many options out there, how do I choose the right med? I have two cats and getting rid of them is not an option. However, they make my eyes itch and water, my nose stuffy, and I now even suffer from asthma. In fact, I’ve always been quite the athlete, but I can’t even jog a quarter mile now without my inhaler. I never had asthma before I adopted my cats. I even experience itching if my cats lick or scratch me… like a little skin rash. I’m also allergic to pretty much anything else… dust, pollen, pollution… I was never allergic to anything in my younger days but now (I’m 20) it seems that my allergies are peaking. HELP! I want to breathe again.

We have 7 cats in a relatively small two bedroom house. I know that’s way too many, but my mom refuses to get rid of any of them, as we’ve both grown very attached.

While we’re used to them, it seems to cause problems for my friends when they come over. Is there anything I can do to help keep it from affecting others when they visit?

we have decided we want to get our kids a kitten, but our husband is somewhat allergic. what are the best ways to keep my husbands allergies at bay or at least reduce them once we get kitten.

I am allergic to cats and almost all of my freinds have cats. When I am at somones house who has cats my chest gets all tight, my nose gets itchy and my eyes get itchy. Is there anyway to help or even cure these symptoms. I already take benedral and I already have an inhaler.

Don’t tell me to get rid of my cats. I vaccuum, dust, clean the a/c vents, change the sheets, and put them in a secluded area away from him, but he still puffs up, sneezes, and gets watery eyes. Are there any herbal treatments for furniture?

I just brought my new cat home. I am allergic to cats, but I have never been this bad. We had a cat before for like 15 years and I was fine. My throat is itchy and my nose is runny. I just took a benadryl. Are there any at home remedies to cat allergies? Also, is there any way my body will get used to this allergy? Like can I overcome it somehow? I am not taking her back!
